As part of the i4C weekend, celebrate Chardonnay with some of Canada’s best! True to Trius Winery Restaurant’s philosophy of using local, Canadian products to create inspired wine-country dishes, we’re hosting Blomidon Estate Winery from Nova Scotia and Thirty Bench Wine Makers from the Beamsville Bench alongside our Trius wines.

Start in the vineyard with a sparkling reception alongside winemaker, Emma Garner. Then sit down to enjoy a 3-course menu that will pair perfectly with the featured Chardonnays that Executive Chef Frank Dodd has worked with local farmers, growers, and producers to create.

Enhancing this exceptional event, our winemaking team and partnering wineries will be present throughout. Engage in conversations, discover the stories behind the wines, and gain insights from these passionate experts.
