True to Trius Winery Restaurant’s philosophy of using local, Canadian products to create inspired wine-country dishes, we’re hosting Blomidon Estate Winery from Nova Scotia and Thirty Bench Wine Makers from the Beamsville Bench alongside our Trius wines.
Start in the vineyard with a sparkling reception alongside winemaker, Emma Garner. Then sit down to enjoy a 3-course menu that will pair perfectly with the featured Chardonnays that Executive Chef Frank Dodd has worked with local farmers, growers, and producers to create.
