This guided tasting invites guests to slow down and revisit carefully cellared Chardonnays that highlight the depth, balance, and longevity possible in Niagara wines.

Hosted by our estate sommelier, the experience offers insight into our vineyard and family history, while exploring how time in the cellar shapes texture, flavour, and expression.
