Why We're Cool

Our vineyards rise up to 450 meters above sea level, where elevation-driven cooling and marked diurnal temperature shifts preserve natural acidity and aromatic precision. Maritime airflow moving inland from False Bay moderates summer heat and extends the growing season, while granite-derived soils with excellent drainage encourage deep root systems and natural concentration, contributing to freshness, structure, and balance.

A crisp and zesty, modern style of Chardonnay. Densely packed with notes of citrus, white peach and a touch of toasted brioche
