We are pleased to have Jeremy Choy and Pooja Bakshi  return as part of the Friday Night Flights culinary crew at the Niagara District Airport on Friday, July 18th.

About Moksha Indian Bistro
Jeremy Choy and Pooja Bakshi are owner operators of Moksha Indian Bistro and Chaat Spot Indian Street Eats, restaurants, catering and events. Pooja’s family pioneered Indian cuisine in the Niagara Region, which to this day remains a staple in the South Asian community for their classic North Indian offerings. After moving to the Niagara Region in 2013, the couple set out to appeal to a broader audience and showcase these authentic flavours of their heritage in a contemporary, inspired format. By working with local ingredients, and incorporating elements from street vendor stalls, they continue to break down cultural boarders and contribute to an ever evolving culinary scene.
